06 May 2021 Annual Parish Council Meeting
Minutes of the Annual Parish Council meeting held on 06 May 2021 at 7.30pm remotely via Zoom
1. Nominations for chairman
Cllr Pritchard proposed that Cllr Bolland continue as Chairman, this was seconded by Cllr Pavely, there being no other nominations Cllr Bolland accepted the position and will sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office at the next meeting.
2. Nominations for vice-chairman
Cllr Pritchard proposed that Cllr Edwards continue as Vice-Chairman, this was seconded by Cllr Pavely, there were no other nominations. Cllr Edwards will be asked to accept the position at the next meeting.
3. Apologies
Apologies were received from Cllrs Cooper and Edwards
Present: Cllrs Lawrence, Pavely, Sherriff, Pritchard, and M Bolland (Chairman)
4. Nominations for representatives on outside bodies
It was resolved that Mrs Spring would continue as the Parish Council Representative on the William Lovell Foundation.
5. To review:
- Standing Orders
There were no amendments to make.
- Risk Assessment
The Risk Assessments were reviewed, no changes were made.
- Play Area and Cemetery Risk Assessment
The Risk Assessments were reviewed, no changes were made

There were no items to be reviewed at this meeting.
