S/169/02219/20 – Mr & Mrs D Phipps – Change of use of land for the siting of 1 touring caravan and 1 static caravan to be used by travelling show people, erection of a building to provide a utility block, provision of a sceptic tank, internal access track and associated hardstanding and construction of a vehicular access at Land off Bar Green Lane.

S/169/00355/21 – Mr & Mrs Chapman – Extension and alterations to the existing dwelling to provide a ground floor study and store with 2 first floor bedrooms over on the site of part of the existing dwelling which is to be demolished at The paddocks, West Fen Lane.
